XIV International Scientific and Technical Conference Logistic Systems - Theory and Practice
"The Role of Logistics Systems in Crisis Situations"
We cordially invite you to participate in the 14th International Scientific and Technical Conference Logistics Systems — Theory and Practice, which will be held on September 6–9, 2026, in Jachranka at the Windsor Hotel.
This year’s conference will be devoted in particular to issues related to the functioning of transport and logistics systems in crisis situations, under the motto “The Role of Logistics Systems in Crisis Situations.” The topic is especially relevant in the context of contemporary challenges associated with sudden disruptions to critical infrastructure and their impact on the continuity of transport and logistics processes.
In the face of a growing number of crises — natural, technological, and social — the conference provides a platform for discussion on response mechanisms, recovery processes, and methods for strengthening the resilience of logistics systems to extraordinary circumstances. Climate change, cybersecurity threats, dynamic economic processes, and new infrastructure investments further emphasize the need to develop flexible and adaptive logistics solutions.
Current global developments highlight the importance of cross-sector cooperation and innovative approaches to transport and logistics management under crisis conditions. We hope that LSTP 2026 will provide an opportunity to summarize existing research directions and to view transport and logistics science this year primarily through the lens of challenges related to crisis situations.
The Scientific and Technical Conference Logistics Systems — Theory and Practice is one of the two main faculty conferences, alongside the Transport of the 21st Century conference. This year marks the 14th edition of the LSTP Conference.
This year’s conference will focus in particular on issues related to the safety and security of transport and logistics systems, under the motto “The Role of Logistics Systems in Crisis Situations.”
In 2026, the conference will be held in Jachranka at the Windsor Hotel.
Descriptions of the presented papers and posters will be published in the book of abstracts.
In addition, authors will be able to submit their papers for publication in a conference monograph or in journals with points.
