Price list and fees

The conference fee includes: participation in the conference, conference materials, lunches (excluding breakfasts), gala dinner, coffee breaks, and participation in accompanying events.

The conference fee does not include accommodation.

The accommodation prices provided in the booking form include a discount dedicated to conference participants.

The conference fee should be paid by June 30th, 2026, after prior registration via the form available on the Conference website.

Conference fees are exempt from VAT. VAT should not be added to the listed amounts.

Abstracts will be published in both Polish and English. Full papers will undergo peer review and, after presentation, may be qualified for post-conference publication in a monograph published by the Warsaw University of Technology Publishing House.

Fees (payments in EUR)

- 550 EUR per participant

- 450 EUR for students and doctoral students

The fee includes conference participation, conference materials, meals (excluding breakfasts), coffee breaks, and accompanying events.

Fee for each additional paper (by the same author/authors): 105 EUR per publication.

Conference fees are VAT-exempt. VAT should not be added to the listed amounts.
